确认已连接校园网，或已通过学校 VPN 接入校内网络
请确认设备已连接校园网，或已通过学校 VPN 接入校内网络。
Make sure your device is connected to the campus network,
or connected through the university VPN.

关闭其他网络代理
请关闭设备上的其他网络代理，包括浏览器代理、系统代理或第三方代理软件。
Turn off other network proxies, including browser proxy settings,
system proxy settings, or third-party proxy applications.

将 DNS 设置为“自动获取”
请将设备的 DNS 设置为自动获取，不要手动指定 DNS，以确保使用校内 DNS。
Set DNS to obtain automatically. Do not manually configure DNS,
so that your device uses the campus DNS.
如何确认是否使用校内 DNS？
在终端或命令提示符中执行以下命令。若域名解析结果为校内地址，
说明当前已使用校内 DNS；若解析结果异常，请重新检查 DNS 设置。
ping pms.sustech.edu.cn
To verify the DNS setting, run the command above in Terminal or Command Prompt.
If the domain resolves to a campus address, the campus DNS is in use.
如已连接校园网或学校 VPN 仍无法访问，请重点检查设备是否手动设置了 DNS，
建议改为“自动获取”后再次访问。
If you are already connected to the campus network or university VPN but still cannot access the service,
please check whether DNS has been configured manually. Set DNS to automatic and try again.
